Idiots. I am now 160 dollars behind because they gave me inaccurate billing for 2 straight months. Even when I called to confirm the strange bill they were equally oblivious to what I owed. I was never shown a single bill saying I owed anything. Now I am back to what I thought were normal payments and they bust out another 160 dollars they want me to pay in less than a week. I had HRI and I thought it was ok but the reality is that I am getting bills from doctors who are now saying they did not get paid. So now I have to pay for bills HRI was supposed to have covered. What a scam! HRI took their premiums and didn't pay the bills!
