I knew a lot of health tips. But I was a walking time bomb of steady weight gain, insulin resistance and feeling something was wrong. Dr Appleby and his staff are helping me put the puzzle pieces together and get my health back in order! I love their guidance and encouragement! I’m just getting started and am so very glad I am doing this!!
I just finished my program~ and it may very well have saved my life! The process was hard some times, but the support was always there. Dr. Wdowin and Nick are just two of the most caring and kind people I have met in a very long time! I learned SO much, and will do well on my own. But I will miss them both!
