Worse experience ever , honestly the office staff have no respect for patients and in my personal experience was called Mr. Blackman after telling Ms. Donna my name was Mr. Ashford . You're better off dealing with empathetic people not people who feel as if you are beneath them . Extremely unprofessional and in my honest opinion they feel like they can do as they please because the population is vulnerable
Interesting how my last review was taken down. I went to this practice months ago and had a great experience with the doctor but the office staff not quite so much. I'm hoping the doctor got rid of the unprofessional staff in the office that decided to discuss my personal medical information out loud. I'm putting up a review again because it's months later and I just received a letter in the mail stating that my visit wasn't covered by insurance although they accept my insurance and my coverage is active.
