This facility has a new doctor. I wasn’t aware when I called in for a refill. The new dr. Would not let me speak. When I tried she interrupted me every time. She told me I had to come in and it had to be today. I says I couldn’t cause I had children. She says” that’s not my problem! You need to take care of your daycare needs,@ when again I tried to talk and tell her that i could not make it cause it was an hour notice I couldn’t because again she spoke louder over me .
