Office staff is rude, doctor turnover is so high you never see the same doctor twice, it takes over an hold to even reach someone to schedule an appointment. After being with this practice over 10 years will be gladly be changing doctors offices and never coming back.
When in person, they are great. Their phone process sucks though. Be prepared to be disconnected when being put on hold. It takes 3-4 phone calls before you're not disconnected when put on hold. Also, be prepared to be on hold for 10-15 minutes. If you are sick, go elsewhere, since you'll probably die before you get through to a person
