Called the office receptionist place me on a forever hold no one answers after the hold tried calling back and no one answers
Called too get an appointment as a new patient. When the receptionist on the phone found out they didn't accept my insurance she hung up on me. NOT PROFESSIONAL
They somehow started using old insurance information that hasn’t been active in years causing insurance claims to be rejected, amounts sent into collections, and bills after bills for lab testing. I called numerous times to update my insurance info which they should have already because I’ve used it throughout my pregnancy last year with no issues, and they take it down but nothing gets updated, I am still receiving statements and collection notices due to their internal errors!!!!!
