DO NOT GO HERE. They are literally holding my medical records hostage as I’m trying to go to a new doctor. They never answer the phone. & Dr. Baez needs to retire already.

This place is horrific. They never answer your calls. They always have voicemail pick up and then never call you back even in an emergency! No one takes accountability for this either. I left this group as I suggest others doing. Or don’t go in the first place.

Communication is terrible. I don’t understand how someone who is a higher risk pregnancy can’t get a hold of a nurse or doctor for over a week. They have one rule one time and don’t inform patients they changed. Sad. Nuvance is a terrible company.

ZERO STARS!!! I had just found out I was pregnant and I called to schedule for a first Prenatal visit. I had an appointment already scheduled for 2 months away for irregular mensural cycles and the lady I spoke to told me to just keep that appointment... it was 7 1/2 WEEKS AWAY! I told her I’m 2 months late on my period and I’m PREGNANT. She said “well so is everyone else who calls” she was very unprofessional very rude and very irresponsible for trying to have me wait 2 months to be seen for the first time.
