Trying to get a hold of anyone in that building is nonexistent. Doesn’t matter how many times you call, you get sent to the nurse voice mailbox. They take their time calling you back. I had to wait a week for a callback for my results when they called me initially and left a voice mail.

If I could give no stars, I would. My first appointment at HealthQuest OBGYN was last June (2018) and the main reason for my visit was to find a solution for my period cramps bc they hurt like all hell. I literally cannot move from my bed on day one and two unless they fall on school or work days. At one point, I was throwing up because of the pain. Our experience during my daughter’s labor and delivery with Dr. Bussey was PHENOMENAL. Dr. Bussey’s professionalism, transparency, knowledge and experience really helped to put our family at ease. He educated us on the situation at hand, so that my daughter was able to make an informed decision.
