We waited for 90 minutes for my 91 yr old father to be picked up and transferred back to his rehab facility. We called several times and were given a different excuse for the delay every time. Unacceptable! (Patient-MacKenzie)
Nicole with a new Ford Van transported me to a doctors appointment today from Katy to the medical center. She was very professional and she took very good care of me. She also took the time to engage in some nice conversation with me which made me feel good, since I’ve been cooped up inside for many many weeks during my recovery. I would highly recommend this company and Nicole for your medical transport needs.
