What an absolute strange experience. I was in thr hospital in July for a week due to a heart attack. This office had my insurance information and doctor referral for almost 2 months. When I walked in apparently their scheduler never filed a prior authorization for my insurance and was nasty to me because she didnt do her job. The lady with the messy hair and bad attitude.
