By far the most comfortable gynecological visit I have had in almost 40 years. Staff was welcoming and down to earth. Dr. Lauren was incredibly informative and talked through everything with me. Highly recommend :)
If you are a survivor of childhood SA with PTSD and pelvic floor damage, and you are looking for sensitive and compassionate medical care, this is *NOT* the place for you. The bedside manner and empathy for my medical conditions and PTSD was nonexistent. This organization as a whole is amazing. I’ve been a patient at most of their locations over the past 20+ years for routine care. The staff is always kind and courteous. My last 2 visits were with Lauren in Haverhill. She instantly made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is well informed and incredibly supportive like your favorite aunt might be. Highly recommend HQ.
