Waste an hour by delay of appointment time. I cant find special effort of maintain for patient. Need to improve many ways.
My girl did health screening at HPB eye centre since 27 June 2025 but we did not receive any results till date. We have contacted HPB via email since end July but no reply, made a personal call on 6 Aug & call centre agent assured that the relevant department will return my call but no news! It’s upsetting to receive such poor customer service!
When there on 25 july 09.15hrs the Vietnamese cashier is VERY RUDE, ask him questions he also like not happy, to answer my question, after that i place my order , when i was about drink my iced coffee the cup burst. He didnt even brother to come and ask me what happens. He say he is busy, i ask for a refund, he also dont care . I hear someone shouted Mr Ho, in the end he refund me, luckily is ice coffee if is hot coffee how.
Hpb is surely setting a bad example of how healthy food can be tasty. Food here is inedible and only resorted to it out of desperation as there is nothing else nearby. Fish soup had 5 thin small slices and cost around 5.30! Cabbage thrown in was in a clump. They didn't even chop and was old. Some parts were alr brown. If this is healthy food, then let me be unhealthy and die eating happy Hpb! No wonder there are signs saying don't feed the chickens! People here must be throwing away the garbage the cafeteria serves to the ch... read more
