Waste an hour by delay of appointment time. I cant find special effort of maintain for patient. Need to improve many ways.
My girl did health screening at HPB eye centre since 27 June 2025 but we did not receive any results till date. We have contacted HPB via email since end July but no reply, made a personal call on 6 Aug & call centre agent assured that the relevant department will return my call but no news! It’s upsetting to receive such poor customer service!
