DISORGANISED and UNTRUSTWORTHY. You just cant trust this bank. A disorganised mess. Its a mission to get your own money back. I have lots of different savings accounts this was the worst. Very tricky conditions and if you make a mistake goodbye any interest you thought you were going to get. Long waiting times on the phone and seems no one wants to help you. They will change the interest rate on you halfway through the month.
