This location has the MOST incompetent workers I’ve ever seen in a drs office. They are rude, disrespectful and just plain ignorant. Thank goodness there’s another location in Bryan where they treat every patient with respect instead of just brushing off their cares and concerns especially when children are involved.
The perfect example of government run healthcare. Zero stars
Scammers. Dr spent 5 mins with my child and didn't even do a normal wellness check like looking at his ears and eyes, feeling lymph nodes or looking in mouth. She was very nice and gave us a referral but if I am paying $150 out of pocket I expect him to get more than just a referral. I was also told I would be getting a 40% discount due to paying out of pocket and when I went to check out the staff told me I was good to go, I said I don't owe anything and she said no, you are all good.
