I’ve come here a few times for walk in blood work and the staff are so nice. Ghada is amazing and goes above and beyond to help. Clean building. Wait time for blood work is not long.
I’m giving one star solely due to the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff—particularly the Asian lady at reception, whose behavior was both rude and dismissive. I had called in advance to confirm if my recent blood work report (KRN) was available, and I was told it was ready. Upon arriving, I discovered that the report provided was actually from three weeks ago, not the most recent one. It was clear she hadn’t even properly checked the system. I have been dealing with this clinic for about 7 years. I found good reception and accurate diagnosis.
Went there 6-7 times. Best services provided. The doctors listen to you intentively. They take time with you instead of hurrying you out of the clinic. So, Ofcourse there is going to be waiting time. Never had to wait for more than 30minutes. I don't know why people giving bad reviews.
Worst possible clinic, I was there with my wife, after giving her a vaccination doctor asked her what vaccination she just got. No one listen to you in the clinic, not at front desk nor the doctor.
