I just had one of these drivers pass me, with incoming cars in view, on a road where the speed limit is 50, Will Carleton road, and I was doing over 50. Tired of seeing all the people who aren't careful, on residential roads, and in this case, I pray there wasn't a patient in the van. They should be held to a higher standard.

I watched one of their driver's on Hewitt almost smash into another car when he just yanked into the lane next to him without looking. There was a bus stopped infront of him for the longest, he then just yanked into the other lane. He then proceeded to drive way to fast and recklessly afterwards as well.

They label the drivers as vendors, and employ the 30 days to pay vendors. They do not pay their vendors invoices in a timely manner. 60 days, and still no pay for Nov. or Dec. and its now Jan. 2025. Over $1,800.00 in outstanding invoices and HPT still refuse to pay for services already rendered. This is theft of services. Good safe drivers, but the company has very poor communications with drivers, customers and coordinators. Too often they are late and will not call to let you know ahead of the scheduled pickup time. Don’t they understand that one cannot just arrive an hour late to pick someone up for a specific appointment? Doctors and therapists will turn you away and even charge you for an appointment that you don’t get to have because of a fowled up transportation situation. A little courtesy can go a long way, I’m just sayin’.
