Even when understaffed the staff were very competent and kind. Jenny was especially thoughtful and worked quickly to ensure I and everyone else was seen by a doctor as quickly as possible. Very personable
I have to say that my Doctor is great but the reception staff are truly unprofessional, unorganized, do not listen and rude. The hold times to speak to someone are insane. They pick up the phone and instantly put you on hold for a long time. So many of these little ladies loitering behind the reception desk and yet they no more efficient, they just sit around and cluck around, place people on very long holds for 0 reason. Dr Nel is the best but calling the front desk is a waste of time. I would die of old age before someone took a call. Honestly believe that they have no interest in taking ANY phone calls. Be honest, why do you even have a phone? I called yesterday 4 times all to hang up after waiting 30min+ and again today, 15mins after they have opened to just sit here and wait, going on 25mins now....frustrating to say the least.
