If I could rate this clinic 0 stars I would. Completely incompetent reception. Twice I’ve shown up to pre-booked appointments and been told “oops, your doctors not here today” or “sorry she already left for the day”. I missed a call from my doctor 2 weeks ago (because I was in a meeting) asking me to call her back due to some concerns with my test results, so I called the clinic about 15 minutes after receiving the message- I was told “you can’t just call her, you need to make an appointment” after dancing around this more a... read more
Dr. Oyediran is wonderful. Very thorough and somehow always on time, if not early. Online booking system is very useful.
I really like the place and the people working there. Waiting time are good and fare. Dr. Radhya Aboaziza is amazing. She is loving and caring with their patients. Good listener and she has that touch with kids that sometimes is hard to find in doctors (my little ones love her). I really recommend her. Just good experiences since day 1.
The doctors are ok, but the reception process is terrible. Booking online is confusing and buggy, calls to the reception desk are exceedingly slow, and they are quite unaccommodating. It took two months and multiple reminders to get my records to transfer to a different clinic, and I had to pay $31 and pick them up in person. The could have faxed them, but said I had to come in person to pay anyway. The staff at the desk have all mastered the gen-z stare and employ it judiciously. Glad to be using a different clinic.
First time at this clinic. I was in & out including lab work within 30 minutes! Doctor listened and explained my ailment. Antibiotic prescription sent to my pharmacy right away & also advised they would still do full testing to ensure the efficacy for my condition. Thank you!
