This clinic is great but the reception isn’t. Every time I call I’m put on hold for 20plus minutes I understand people are busy but being on hold needs to change immediately
Just wanted say thank you for Dr Elhadi Mohammed! He is the best of the best doctor! He is checking our all our tests, he follows everything, knows everything about them. our appointments are always long, he checks everything diligently, not just "one problem", we don't need to ask for directions somewhere. he knows what to check, where to send. he is a highly qualified specialist, if only there were more people in the world, and the world would be a better place! Thank you Dr Elhadi Mohammed!
I have to say that my Doctor is great but the reception staff are truly unprofessional, unorganized, do not listen and rude. The hold times to speak to someone are insane. They pick up the phone and instantly put you on hold for a long time. So many of these little ladies loitering behind the reception desk and yet they no more efficient, they just sit around and cluck around, place people on very long holds for 0 reason.
