99% they will put you on hold for up to 20mins then eventually hang up. You can try calling again hoping for a different result but chances are, you will be put on hold again and again.
Calling this place is a nightmare, one of the doctor's at the clinic prescribed a drug to my mom that had some reaction, I called the clinic from 9AM-10AM comstant, I was put on hold. I had a similar experience a few times prior to this one as well. On top of that, the doctor's timings are 7AM-12PM, the option I have is to be at the clinic physically with a likelyhood the doctor will not see my mom as she has other patients booked for that day. Never had such a great walk in experience before. In and out in 10 minutes and Dr Mohammed was great, quick, and helpful. Used skip the waiting room and would definitely do it again if needed!
