My family and I have been seeing Dr Manisha Abeya for over 13 years. She is an excellent GP, very thorough, attentive and caring. Always take the time to review your situation. She handled my mum's and my son's extremely complicated case with ease. When I heard that she is available at this Casey clinic we immediately moved as we wanted to continue to see Dr Abeya, and this clinic has little to no wait-list compared to the one before. I’m very disappointed with the service. I booked my appointment online and reconfirmed it the day before, arrived on time, and still had to wait more than 50 minutes to see the doctor. The consultation itself lasted only about 10 minutes, yet I was charged $115, plus an additional $1.15 for using PayWave. For that price, I would at least expect a smooth and pleasant experience — unfortunately, this was not the case.
