It is just terrible customer service/ reception service!!! They are not care about patients ! Don’t go there! I had general checked up appointment , they charged $170, because more than 15 minutes, but no one talked or asked me about it. Also they said that it was my responsibility manager the time. Seriously? Dr Asif was my GP and I never had this issue with him or other medical centre. Very disappointing.

Dr Ming Li has no idea what he’s doing, the only thing that concerns him is how to get patients to pay more than they should (I went to get a referral and ended up paying for 4 visits).
If I could give zero stars, I would. This practice use to be great, but has gone downhill. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money.
