Dr Denault is a very good dentist. His billing agent Tina is the worst. 9 months after I had a procedure done I received a bill for over 100 dollars indicating that all of the expenses were not paid in full. It took Tina 9 months to complete my billing. When I called Tina to ask what was going on she was very rude to me. Tina would not let me talk. Tina hung up on me 3 times. I trust this dentist completely. I have been seeing him for 4 years and so far he has been honest with me. His prices are within the acceptable standards of my insurance carrier. The staff is friendly and helpful.
No more qualms about visiting the dentist. I always enjoy talking with Kathy and Dr. D. They are professional and very friendly.
