My experience with Health Plan One was very disappointing. They hired many agents under the impression of stable, long-term roles, only to let most go once business slowed. Training was poor, the commission structure was confusing, and there was little transparency. It often felt like the company took advantage of both its agents and customers
Virtual Enviroment is healthy, supervisors are kind people. pay was ok. I enjoyed working with this people.
This company is unprofessional and discriminates out in the open!
My supervisor should not have a job if I don't have one.
