Brought my sick 3 year old in to be seen first thing in the morning. My check-in at the computer was fast. The staff was friendly and gentle. I saw Ms. Oxendine who was wonderful with my little one. In and out in less than an hour!
Brought our kid in with a bad stomach ache, by the time he was actually seen by a physician, the labs and techs had all gone home so they were literally incapable of doing anything. Typical thing you can expect from the CFV Medical system. Useless, too little too late, as usual. A hall of budget mirrors that can't even keep COVID tests in stock when every pharmacy in town has plenty. I could go on. Need a referral? Hope you have 3 months to suffer while you wait!
Jennifer J Portmann, PA saw my mother stated that she needed to see ENT for ear cleaning why didn't she do it or send a Referral? She wanted to prescribe Prednisone and a Zpac yet stated there was no bacterial infection in her lungs. Did not prescribe anything to dry up the congestion did not addressed the problem with her ear so don't waste your time you'll still wind up going elsewhere.
