I had an eye test there today for the first time. The receptionists were great and then Nina was professional, friendly, and very efficient. I strongly recommend this place.
The guy manning the front desk was pretty rude when I walked in wanting to get glasses done. A more courteous and polite disposition will go a long way.
Wow, am I impressed. I had a few concerns with my eyes so made a no fuss appointment. Greeted at reception on arrival and introduced to Optometrist Andy. What an intelligent, encouraging, communicative, professional gentleman. Andy took me through the whole series of tests on fancy machines with detailed explanations at every stage. He showed me the closeup photos of each eye describing how healthy every part appeared. He told me things to look out for in the future.
