I went in with my prescription to look at glasses and the lady at the front desk was quite rude. Customer service was out the door that day. I’m looking at moving health funds.
Very unhelpful staff. Little to no customer service. I have a smaller face and it is difficult to find frames that are not kids frames. Went to store at 7.30 with an hour before closing. However the staff were hurrying us up at about 8pm and one of them said you handle this, meaning me whilst she collated the daily earnings. Other optical stores take note, this store has the loveliest staff and a superb selection of frames to suit anyone. The young female optometrist is absolutely top of her game, very thorough and explains things very well. And no, I’m not related to anyone there! Seriously worth travelling any distance to.
