I have recently been served by pharmacy personnel who were exemplary in providing me assistance by text messaging. I’m 94 and even with the best of aids, I do not always hear well. Someone on the staff has offered that much appreciated assistance. My requests have been filled promptly with notifications when ready. The drive in has been especially when I have been troubled with leg problems.
