I had a lot of anxiety about getting an endoscopy here but the staff answered my questions so many times with care and concern. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and compassion. The nurse with the pink lemonade nails was a total joy and made me feel at ease! The anesthesiologist was so warm and friendly. When I got into the room, Dr. Nathan Landesman actually took time to speak to me, asked me questions to understand my concerns and reason for visit. *Unprofessional, Lack of Empathy, and Disorganized Care* My husband was scheduled for a colonoscopy at this facility. Anyone who has gone through this knows how physically demanding and exhausting a 24-hour liquid fast and prep are. When we arrived, he honestly mentioned he took a tiny sip of water an hour prior. The staff immediately treated him with hostility, acting as if he had committed a crime. While my procedure went well, I have had nothing positive to say about their billing. I questioned what they said I owed several times before my procedure and was met with rudeness. Now I have been waiting for my almost $700 refund for over 2 months and all I get told is that I should have it within two weeks. (have been told that 3 times) Not only is not refunding my money for this length of time illegal, no one will let me speak to anyone who can actually help or give me an honest answer. Great experience start to finish. From the nurses, to the techs, anesthesia and Dr. Miller. Everything was right on schedule and everyone worked as a perfect team. Dr. Miler was very kind and compassionate and I look forward to seeing him again.
