While my procedure went well, I have had nothing positive to say about their billing. I questioned what they said I owed several times before my procedure and was met with rudeness. Now I have been waiting for my almost $700 refund for over 2 months and all I get told is that I should have it within two weeks. (have been told that 3 times) Not only is not refunding my money for this length of time illegal, no one will let me speak to anyone who can actually help or give me an honest answer. Great experience start to finish. From the nurses, to the techs, anesthesia and Dr. Miller. Everything was right on schedule and everyone worked as a perfect team. Dr. Miler was very kind and compassionate and I look forward to seeing him again.
I had an EGD preformed on the 13th of May 2025 and I was very impressed with everyone there! They got me in fast and out as soon as possible. My procedure went very well and Dr Miller was the best! I go back there on June 17th for a different procedure. I know I'm in great hands with everyone! KUDOS to all!! Thank you!
I had my first colonoscopy here. It went very well. The wait was short, and the staff was respectful and polite. In as much as it was a production...everyone did their job well. I can recommend them.
