Their heartless response says it all. You are more concerned about defending yourself than taking accountability for your actions. I see my Medicare was also billed for an appointment of “at least 40 mins” which is funny since the appointment wasn’t even 20 minutes long. Moving to Mackay after 40 years with the same Dr , I was nervous and worried but I was so lucky to come accross this fabulous friendly clinic and most of all getting an appointment with Dr Kate Lindegger. Kate just could not do enough for me to sort my problems out , I felt at ease with her , she explained everything , most of all she’s so kind and caring and easy to talk too and genuinely cares . Thankyou Dr Kate , I would highly recommend this lovely lady .
Ridiculously long waiting times
GPs are great. I see Dr Sarah Zatta who is outstanding. Highly recommend.
