Sheila is the best. Very knowlegable and willing to spend the time to answer any questions. The meal replacements and their training classes are highly recommended to anyone wanting to take care of themselves.
HNT provide invaluable information and support. Most importantly, HNT is a very successful weight loss treatment, as I can attest to loosing over 60 pounds in 20 weeks on their program.

HNT Indiana is a great program with great support from the staff. During the Foundation portion of the program I fairly easily lost 70 lbs. without feeling hunger pangs. The program is that nutritionally balanced that you usually feel full with few calories. Try it today! Why wait?!
