This is the worst insurance company ever. Do not ever sign up with them. I had my first colonoscopy and I was told its preventative and would be all covered. Guess what they dont cover, the mandatory appointment consultation before the actual procedure. Their excuse, its classified in some way that it falls under my deductible. Yeah, so I now have a $300 bill to pay. The MANDATORY appointment for the procedure was not covered. Tell me how much sense that makes. If I could give no stars I would. This is your warning!!!
My son had a Bone Marrow Transplant at Boston Children's. Health New England was fantastic though the whole process. Couldn't ask for a better insurance company to get us thought those tough years.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Looking at the current 2.0 rating, Im not the only one! If you need anything other than the most basic coverage that they offer, you may as well ask for the moon.
