This company is a disgrace. They wanted to abruptly stop covering an outpatient program that was saving my life and getting me out of a really bad spot. They did this in the middle of treatment for vague reasons. My clinician had to fight tooth and nail to get coverage. It was so distressing and infuriating. I pay these people hundreds of dollars a month in case of a crisis, and then they cannot support me when the time comes.
