If I could give it 0 stars I would. I acquired this insurance Jan 1 2025 and it was my biggest mistake in 30 years. They sent me some sort of card that's suppose to give me extra money for whatever is needed, medicine, groceries or whatever extra is needed but you need to register into your account. I have been trying to register since March, phone calls and emails have gotten me nowhere. I can't wait until the end of the year when I can change insurance. This place needs to be shut down for incompetence
Good luck. You'd be better off taking thousands of dollars and tossing it out the window. That's the same level of care you will get with this insurance.
Coming from a providers office, 1 star is far to generous. This company needs to be investigated by the insurance commissioner.

Absolutely the worst customer service I could imagine. I filed a claim in late February for work that is covered by my policy. Here I am in late May still awaiting a reply. I have wasted hours talking and writing and sending them documentation to no avail. After many many years with HNE I am firmly disappointed. My advice, go elsewhere.
