Great staff with a patient first mentality
Easy in; Easy out. Very seldom crowded. Phlebotomy staff are polite, friendly, and professional.
There was no wait here when I went on a Saturday morning. Just 5 minutes away from the Palmer Township location, where the waiting room was so full that my caregiver and I couldn’t sit (and I’m disabled and have a difficult time standing up for long periods). We decided to go see if another location looked more reasonable and we ended up here. Great! In and out, didn’t have to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 seconds. Very impressive and they got the specimen without any problem (I’m a hard stick).
Colleen did a good job with taking my blood test, but started to criticize me and say I make people feel dumb by not telling them the correct way to pronounce my last name. Very unprofessional.
