Very unhappy with service very slow and a long wait. Not enough personal in office.
Very convenient Easy to just walk in and get to see a doctor anytime you need to.
Perfect phlebotomy experience. Checked in at kiosk, and before I even got seated in waiting room, I was called in. All of the appropriate identity checks were completed, thanks to Sarah. . I am an extremely hard stick, often necessitating multiple attempts and multiple phlebotomists. Robin got my blood painlessly on the first stick. This couldn't have been a more perfect experience.
Very disappointed with the lab. I was told by their customer service representative a few days ago that the lab failed to acquire essential assays causing a 16 day backlog in specimen processing. Potentially exceeding the specimen expiration date invalidating subsequent test results based therapy.
