Perfect phlebotomy experience. Checked in at kiosk, and before I even got seated in waiting room, I was called in. All of the appropriate identity checks were completed, thanks to Sarah. . I am an extremely hard stick, often necessitating multiple attempts and multiple phlebotomists. Robin got my blood painlessly on the first stick. This couldn't have been a more perfect experience.
Very disappointed with the lab. I was told by their customer service representative a few days ago that the lab failed to acquire essential assays causing a 16 day backlog in specimen processing. Potentially exceeding the specimen expiration date invalidating subsequent test results based therapy.

I absolutely hate having bloodwork done. Usually I get dizzy and sweaty but not this time! I walked through the door and didn’t even have to wait one minute to be taken back. Tina was my phlebotomist and she instantly put my mind at ease. She had my bloodwork done fast as lightning with zero discomfort. I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks for the great experience.
Alexis and Brenda are amazing! Alexis took the time to make sure my blood work was input into the computer correctly while i went to work .When i came back Brenda took 10 vials of blood like a stone cold pro.Both very smart and sweet women who are excellent at their jobs.
