Alexis and Brenda are amazing! Alexis took the time to make sure my blood work was input into the computer correctly while i went to work .When i came back Brenda took 10 vials of blood like a stone cold pro.Both very smart and sweet women who are excellent at their jobs.
I usually go here and there isn’t that much of a wait. But last Saturday I went here with my caregiver and the waiting room was so full neither of us could sit. They didn’t seem to be moving very quickly either so I knew I would have to stand for longer than is physically possible for me with my disabling condition. We decided to check out the next closest location and there was no wait at that location.
Everyone is nice, but the waiting room was full of people, 3 come out and none in for 10 minutes. You can hear them laughing and giggling in the back. A lot of people need to come in the morning and we need to go to work after this. I wouldn’t expect to wait a half hour to get my blood drawn when there were only 3 people in front of me.
