Great service friendly staff...painless pokes!
I believe that this Lab needs to replace the phlebotomist Caitlyn. This is the second time that I've had Her, and She has hurt me twice now. The first time She couldn't get a vein. She was sticking the needle in the side of my arm for God's sakes. Then She stuck me again in the same arm but said not much blood was coming out. Then She had to take blood from my other arm. Both arms were black and blue and swollen for over a week and I have pictures to prove so. Today's visit with Her was horrible as well. She took blood out o... read more
