The phlebotomists here always do a great job, even with someone like me who is a hard stick!

Phlebotomists were pleasant and friendly as usual. Wait was exceptionally long this day. The phlebotomists don’t appear to care about those waiting. One who took my blood was excellent at drawing blood.
