There is a TV in the hnl lobby that plays hnl info commercial. The music for their info commercial is annoying and unpleasant. It is so annoying and unpleasant that customers unplug the TV for some peace and quiet. The Hnl info commercial plays music like it a nightclub for teenagers. There's sick people coming here to get blood work. It's very inappropriate. I don't know what advertising person thought this was a good idea. Please do some research to know who you are trying to reach. Advertising 101.
I am not one to normally leave a review of a place especially in the medical feild but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff was extremely unprofessional, judgmental, rude and more concerned with complaining about people coming in 40 minutes to closing time and how that was inconvenient for her, than actually doing her job without making crude remarks.
Staff always helpful and pleasant. Usually you get right in.
Layla was amazing! i am terrified of needles/doctors/blood/literally everything medical and she was fantastic. she was so kind even though i’m sure i was annoying :) thank you for making this experience painless and not so scary :)
