I want to thank Lisa from HNL Lab for taking such wonderful care of my two boys during their blood work appointment. She was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate, and she made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier for them. Brought my daughter for bloodwork- phlebotomist was a girl named Natasha who was nothing but rude. Asked her if she was ok and why she was being so rude and she started arguing with me. Cut me off while giving address and phone number- walked out with my daughter who left crying.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My daughter and I were in and out very quickly. The staff made my daughter feel safe and comfortable, even offering orange juice after, due to her autism and fear of needles. They even had her laughing. Great job 👏
