I'm giving this office give stars because overall the service has been excellent. However I was extremely upset and disappointed in the way they handled paperwork I needed completed for my lawyer for social security benefits. They said they couldn't do anything with them not one word. They seem to have a front desk of linemen ready to fight in a moments notice.
I've had issues with disability accommodations previously: namely keeping the blood out of sight. I asked in advance, they forget, then try to gaslight me (when it's an autistic panic response). I've not had issues recently, and may review later.

So this morning I tried to get my blood work completed for 2 of my doctor's. Every time I go in there there seems to be new procedures. The normal girl I get is very polite and always helpful. But today I had an absolute horrible experience. After finally getting called back, this different person was blount and rude. No good morning or how are you.
