Leticia, who may or may not be in this office, was EXTRAORDINARILY helpful in my quest to find the Part III, Column B numbers on the wretched 1095-A form. In short, the problem turned out to be that on the "Tell us about <me>" page on HealthCare gov's tax-tool, if I took the Chrome suggestion for my zip code, I was never given the chance to select "85750, Pima County, AZ" and with only 85750 present in the field, the "Continue" button wasn't yet a button!
