I set a dental appointment for Larry Smith for dentures and at the appointment at elica dental they said he would need to be seen by a prodadontist a specialist they said it was an emergency and gave us 4 contacts and said we should be seen within 1 weeks . Took the referral provided and at the house I ( Susan) called all 4 . 1 number was "invalid" and the other 3 I had to leave messages and it took 2 24 hrs to return the call and 1 refused to accept health net altogether 1 refused to accept health etc but would see him if h... read more
I can’t say enough good things. My health appointments were approved without delay and they walked me through every step. Excellent communication and coverage.
Finally, insurance that works. Great coverage, helpful team and quality benefits that support my health. Couldn’t ask for more.
