If I could do a Zero star I would. Charged twice what the monthly premium should be then sent out cards and canceled coverage the next day. As an “oops” while we drove 2 hours for a clinic appointment only to find this out. The incompetence is maddening
The only reason I have Health Net is because it's through my employer and it's what I can afford. If I could have given it negative Stars I would have. Everything is a hassle from making an appointment to change your address to receiving your medical cards. I honestly do not recommend this medical to anybody that has a job, because you're going to be on the phone for 3 to 4 hours a day trying to resolve your issues. Their customer service needs immediate attention. Their focus within this company is themselves and not their customers. They make changes without communication to the customer.
La peor aseguranza, no la recomiendo para nada, por un examen físico me cobraban más de mil dólares cuando en una clínica sin aseguranza sale como en 300. Entonces para qué tener aseguranza?
If i could give a negative star i would. I would never suggest this insurance to anyone! They have denied my husband's medication hes been on for 7 years! Their denial makes no sense as the doctor has given what they asked for. This is a horrible insurance to use.
