Laurie Methvin is amazing, I thank her and her staff nursing and including receptionists, I loved her to death but unfortunately for multiple reasons I had to discontinued my care with her and Health Ministries, partially due to so many issues that have arisen since Bethal and Via Cristi Clinics were bought out by Health Ministries Clinic because when they came in everything changed that both Bethal and Via Cristi had established and was totally different!!! Super kind people, but I have never been more displeased with a healthcare provider. I was not diagnosed or treated at all whatsoever and none of my concerns were listened to. I was sick for a month straight with various things (fever, mouth sores, skin rashes, fatigue) and not one person in this office could help me in any way except for tell me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. Seek elsewhere for a primary care.
The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The wait time between check in and being seen is very quick. Never more than a few minutes. 10/10 would recommend.
Great but if you guys would get texting, that would be amazing. I always dread calling because I’m never sure about what phone tree I’ll get, and if I’m ever getting to the right place.
