I have been here a couple of times and always had a good experience. In particular this last visit I thought they did a really exceptional job of care. They were friendly, engaged, communicative, and I felt confident in the medical care they provided. Great office!
I went here yesterday with my 6 year old son. They were very passive aggressive. The nurse and the doctor who checked my son’s ear went in too far and NOW we are rushing him to the ER. I need to speak with this doctor directly. Because I will be getting my lawyer involved. Don’t work and serve small children if you are aggressive.
I cannot say enough good things about this urgent care. They triage patients extremely quickly, they are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Best urgent care ive been to and I’ve been to quite a few.
I needed a quick visit as a walk in and they were not staffed appropriately to take me. Urgent cares are in place to bridge the gap before going to an er so this is ridiculous. What’s supposed to be fast, convenient, and accessible apparently is not.
Friendly, No x-ray on site but if needed they send you right over the bridge it’s 6min away. Everyone was friendly, was in and out in an hour.
