probably the slowest receptionist i’ve ever had. ran in with my girlfriend who was having a shell fish allergic reaction and the lady goes, health insurance card please, runs that, ID please, runs that, then goes, ok it’s gonna be a $20 co pay. then hands my girlfriend a clip board to sign stuff. luckily one of the nurses heard me in a panic about my girlfriend having an allergic reaction and had her come to a run for an epi pen shot and called 911. the receptionist needs to react better and worry about the other stuff after... read more
How can a WALK IN, URGENT CARE Center require an appointment? I walked in to an empty waiting room at 7:10pm - you're open til 8- and I was told I would have to come back tomorrow because I didn't have an APPOINTMENT. For a walk in urgent care? She was mopping the floor of the empty waiting room and clearly wanted to leave. Do not recommend.
Don't recommend for small children. This was my first time here. I have been to three other urgent cares around the area, but unfortunately those ones didn't have openings. I will never go back to this one! Very dismissive. The doctor didn't even want to come in the room to check on my child. She wanted to call me with nose swab test results, when I knew it would all be negative (it was). I was concerned about pneumonia and had to ASK to at least have his lungs checked.
