I went to this doctor to address some health issues around perimenopause- was told just get through it! No bloods to check hormones, no concerns about bone density, tiredness, fatigue, things that were really affecting my life! I chose this particular GP because they specifically said they specialised in women health! So I was charged $180 to be told just get through it! little hit and miss with service but i think that's just a short staff issue
Wait time is ridiculous, we arrived early but still waited over an hour. Not good for an 80 year old. Same old excuse that the doctors are running behind, well stop overbooking and give proper care. Jackie receptionist is downright rude, mutters under her breath about patients.
Typical wait 1 hour to see doctor This is not just 1 time It happens pretty much every time
I’ve been seeing Dr Brooke for years and she is always lovely and very professional in looking after any health issues that arise. 5 stars for sure!
