I had a Telehealth appointment today with Dr. Sarah Sticklen, and she was absolutely lovely. She sounded very kind over the phone and really listened to my questions. I've seen Dr. Rebecca before as well, and she’s just wonderful and really good at what she does. I truly appreciate your care and compassion ☺️
The doctors, nurses and staff are very nice. The doctors are thorough in finding out what the cause of your health conditions are and help to get the best solutions for you to get better.
I have been a patient of Dr Ann & Dr Dexter (both wonderful & extremely helpful doctors) for over 3 years now. I saw Dr Joe yesterday as I couldn't get in with either of them. He was running behind, he rushed me so much & reiterated that I only have 15mins. He completely messed up the information on a referral to a specialist so clearly did not look at my history properly (or at all), also did not refer me to the medical imaging clinic that I have always gone to, and insisted I go to another clinic. Receptionist are super lovely and helpful. However Dr Imtiaz Ousmand has charged me an additional $163 for my phone appointment that was 16 minutes claiming it was a 25 minute phone appointment. I find this insane as that was my grocery money for the week. Not only did he over charge me. He was very disrespectful over the phone. Had no consideration for the questions I wanted to ask and kept speaking over me. I hope other people have a better experience than I did.
