I feel very strongly that Rolfing has been very beneficial to alleviating my back spasms and tightness. What Rosie taught me goes beyond the sessions, resulting a positive lifestyle change. What I most appreciate is the feeling of lightness in my body and posture. I am more able to let go and get significant relief from the pain and stiffness that I was experiencing before going to see Rosie.
