I called Ms. Linda Lee, owner, today. Asked her about Geriatric Massage for my mom. In the course of conversation, I asked her if massage therapists get certified for it - she became VERY HOSTILE and said that she has been working with geriatric patients for 35 years; better than certification. Funny thing? I agree, but didn't have a chance to say so! She misconstrued my HARMLESS QUESTION as an offense - and told me that we were getting off "on a bad foot" and for me to "find someone else".
