I had a 9:30 appointment for wheel balance and check alignment. Sat in the change room for 3 hrs while they worked on a RV. Last visit to this pit.

For some reason they scheduled 3 deliveries for 9:00 this morning. Even though I was the first one here, it’s almost 10:00 and I’m still waiting to get unloaded. They haven’t even started on me yet.
Excellent service, got there 10 minutes before closing, and they said we take care of you. Thanks.

Five stars! My mom and dad couldn’t stop talking about Southern Tire Mart in Pesos, TX. They raved about how helpful and considerate the associates were on Friday, Aug 21, 2020. They had a flat tire and no spare. STM didn’t have a replacement tire but they called other shops and located a new tire. They picked it up, installed the tire and didn’t charge them. Amazing! My parents were able to get back on the road safely because of all your shops efforts. Bless you all!

WE HAD TWO SEMI DRIVE TIRES PUT ON YESTERDAY....ONE IS COMING APART...THE SERVICE MANAGER AMELIO REFUSED TO REPLACE IT LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED.....I THINK I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!! ON A SCALE FROM ONE TO TEN I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO !!!!
we were very Lucky. it could have been much worse. their guys work good and fast. that is good because we have a hot load. we were making good time but we will still make it.
