I’ve been a customer here for many years. I love that I can go in anytime, no appointment necessary, and get a great massage for a good price. It’s extremely convenient and I find the massages to be very good. Every therapist they have is very skilled. A couple of them are a bit too strong for me, but sometimes I probably need the deep tissue work. I always leave feeling much better than I came in. The massage was good, but I was surprised to be charged a 27% tip without being informed beforehand. They said 25% was the lowest tip option, but I was charged 27% in the end.
I was looking forward to a relaxing massage of my neck and shoulders. The massage therapist massaged my legs, all over my back, and I kept reminding her I wanted my neck done. She kept saying, "yeah, yeah, neck. But out of the 30 minutes, she probably spent 10 minutes on my neck and surrounding area. She and another co-worker talked the entire time during my massage. And they weren't whispering, they spoke loudly. So much for a relaxing NECK massage. I will never go to this massage place again!
They are very good at helping me with my chronic pain and spinal stenosis. I've had massages from many of the staff and they have all been professional and excellent for my muscle and joint pain.
Got a massage for someone and they tried to tip them cash lady threw it back at us and wanted to force me to tip her 15 dollars and got mad when we tipped her 12 not very nice of them I’m always for tipping but don’t like being forced to
