I was looking forward to a relaxing massage of my neck and shoulders. The massage therapist massaged my legs, all over my back, and I kept reminding her I wanted my neck done. She kept saying, "yeah, yeah, neck. But out of the 30 minutes, she probably spent 10 minutes on my neck and surrounding area. She and another co-worker talked the entire time during my massage. And they weren't whispering, they spoke loudly. So much for a relaxing NECK massage. I will never go to this massage place again!
They are very good at helping me with my chronic pain and spinal stenosis. I've had massages from many of the staff and they have all been professional and excellent for my muscle and joint pain.
Got a massage for someone and they tried to tip them cash lady threw it back at us and wanted to force me to tip her 15 dollars and got mad when we tipped her 12 not very nice of them I’m always for tipping but don’t like being forced to
The massage is good. Definitely give it a 5 star. However, about the tipping situation, she asked for more since to her it wasn’t enough. I had the one hour Swedish massage. They did my back,legs, buttock, feet, arms, face, head, and above the neck. She focused on my knots and tensions area. I slept like a baby last night, and woke up feeling like a feather. $65 is not a bad price for one hour, compared to other places. So definitely will tipping more next time. She deserved it. I had no idea it was $65 until I left.
Never will I return here again and I’m just mad and upset I even paid and tipped I got a 15 min massage in straight agony and in pain now my arm is super swollen and demanded a higher tip which is crazy
