Christine and Jennifer were awesome! They were very thorough on explaining what each exercise was for and why they were important. Very professional and compassionate staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

During the last year I have been participating in Physical Therapy/along with Aquatic Therapy as well. I have worked to of the most amazing clinicians (Vanessa and Valerie) who worked with me through pre and post surgery. There knowledge of exercises along with treatment very helpful. I only wished I would have received a t-shirt for the time I spent. It was always my desire to advertise and promote you facility. Thanks again for all your help. Sincerely: Robert Marble

I was in there today for my second session of aquatics when I walked in the receptionist area was dark didn’t look like there was anybody there apparently she was hiding behind a computer and another lady came in and rudely told me that I need to sign in every time which how could I sign in if there was nobody to greet me at the desk and she could’ve been a little bit more polite and then the lady who did the pool therapy today was not much nicer I don’t know if they had a hard day today or what but it’s not very nice to tak... read more

First of all, my therapist is wonderful. She’s not the problem. The problem is front desk receptionists-specifically Rosalia who has veteran attached to her name badge. She is rude and standoffish and absolutely zero skills in dealing with patients. She chastises you and her demeanor is unacceptable and she’s not helpful or approachable at all. If it was not for my therapist, I’d take my business and insurance elsewhere. Do better Healthlink. Rosalia is not the first impression you want to give patients.
