First of all, my therapist is wonderful. She’s not the problem. The problem is front desk receptionists-specifically Rosalia who has veteran attached to her name badge. She is rude and standoffish and absolutely zero skills in dealing with patients. She chastises you and her demeanor is unacceptable and she’s not helpful or approachable at all. If it was not for my therapist, I’d take my business and insurance elsewhere. Do better Healthlink. Rosalia is not the first impression you want to give patients.
I have The Best Therpist i could have asked for. I have come a long way with my left hand ring finger[broken]. Heather Powell is the best and beautiful and she knows how to treat my needs for my finger.t I have seen great progress after I was directed to Health Link Physical Therapy. This is far most the best place to have come to my needs. Big high 5 for Miss Heather Powell. God bless you all.
desk lady’s are mean af, but wtv i reccomend🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. (they talked bad about 2 lady’s when they both walked away and laughed at them)
