Jose Ortez was my point of contact through BCBS. We communicated through email and phone. I was switching insurances after my maternity leave was up and he was super helpful with that transition. He helped me with running the numbers and finding a plan for me. He was thorough with talking me through each step and what the upcoming steps to expect were. Jose followed up with me in a timely manner every question I had. Insurance tends to be a stressful topic but he made it easy!
I think that Mr. Ortez was very insightful and gave his honest opinion. It was easy for me to make a decision once I was able to take a look at all of the b factors involving the plans that were available and obtaining greater insight from Mr. Ortez.
