The actual lawyer called me back and acted dismissive, suggested we spend less time prepping for appeal which made no sense obviously. Suggested signing a release before even talking with me more than 5 minutes when prior they never asked for such a thing. None of my questions were answered about MassHealth's questionable behavior. Honestly, extremely disappointed. I have a case, I spent all morning sending them paperwork to be refused because they did not help me with the BOH hearing and I wasn't a former client. I have everything in writing, the insurance admitted wrongdoing, and the BOH decision was also extremely flawed and not based on medical documentation and reasoning.
