First time at Health Konnect Medical centre in Sans Souci.Positively impressed. Well positioned,clean,organized,friendly and helpfull staff.
The receptionist, a dark haired woman (not Norma), at the front desk at 5:42pm today, Tuesday 9th September 2025 was unhelpful and unwilling to assist me by simply opening the front door, which was locked, although the opening hours on the front window of the surgery stated 9am to 6pm. I've been a patient at this surgery for a few years now and I only wished to seek information pertaining to pathology availability, and if possible to make an appointment for a basic blood test. Great family practice, Dr Hani spends a lot of time explaining and finding a solution to what may be wrong and is very thorough in his consultation and follow ups, highly recommended Dr.
