Paula is great at keeping me accountable both with my diet and exercise routine. She's wonderful at making modifications for any injury limitations you may have. Highly recommend!
I started training with Paula in 2019. I needed to add strength training to my health efforts and because I had a series of small, nagging injuries that kept me from activities I enjoy like hiking and golf.
